Real Estate in Northeast Washington is one of the most abundant resources drawing change to the area. But what that change will be is dependent on each and EVERY resident of the area. If we hope to keep the area abundant in natural resources then each of us must live in concert upon the land.
The preamble of the code of ethics of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) begins "Under all is the land. Upon its wise utilization and widely allocated ownership depend the survival and growth of free institutions and of our civilization. REALTORS should recognize that the interests of the nation and its citizens require the highest and best use of the land and the widest distribution of land ownership. They require the creation of adequate housing, the building of functioning cities, the development of productive industries and farms and the preservation of a healthful environment."
In order to belong to our local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Northeast Washington Association of Realtors (NEWAR) every Washington State Licensed Real Estate Sales Person in our area who wishes to use the MLS, without exception, must join NAR and be a REALTOR (registered trade mark REALTOR ensignia omitted as HTML code on this web tool is not compatible).
